Employee Hotline

OUR COMMITMENT
Do The Right Thing... At Romano’s Macaroni Grill we take those four words seriously. In order to “do the right thing” it is important to know what is considered right and wrong. As a restaurant company, most of what we do is captured in recipe books, ordering guides, Standard Operation Procedures, etc. However, when we talk about “behavior” at Romano’s Macaroni Grill, we are looking for the same clarity of what is right and what is wrong.

If you have a question or problem, we want to know about it, and you can approach management without fear of reprisal or retaliation. We will take it seriously. We encourage two-way communications to discuss work-related problems or issues and we will strive to address your concerns. Whenever possible, start with your immediate supervisor, as many problems or misunderstandings can be resolved quickly between the two of you. However, if at any time you are not satisfied with the response you receive from your supervisor or manager, or if you prefer to talk to someone else, you should feel free to contact the HR Team or another member of management.

Romano’s Macaroni Grill’s Ethics Hotline was designed to provide our employees with a way to give feedback, suggestions, concerns, or report misconduct. You may reach out to the Ethics Hotline via email or phone. All calls and emails are received by the Romano’s Macaroni Grill Human Resources Team. We commit to you that we will take all reports seriously and investigate as appropriate.

THANK YOU FOR TAKING THE TIME TO GIVE US YOUR FEEDBACK!
