| Requests for food/charitable donations |
|
| As you may know, we are active participants in our community and appreciate the worthwhile work organizations like yours provides.
Due to the fact that we receive thousands of requests each year, we must require certain information in order to evaluate each charitable opportunity.
The Brinker International Charitables Committee requires the following information from organizations soliciting donations: |

- The specific amount requested and the specific purpose for the donation summarized on no more than 2 pages typewritten; the purpose should detail how the donations will be used.
- Financial information about the organization, including proof of 501(c)(3) status, the most recent financial statements, and sources of funding.
- The organization's current Board of Directors, including information on business and civic affiliations of Board members.
- Information concerning past or current involvement of Brinker International employees with the organization.
- Requests must be received no later than 90 days prior to the date of your event. Requests not meeting the requirements of the Committee will be returned indicating the information needed.
The Brinker International Charitables Committee supports organizations, which help people with problems over which they have no control; an ongoing target is children's needs.
Primary consideration is given to programs that provide direct and immediate relief to the community, customers, and employees. Please submit your requests to:

| After 12 consecutive months of inactivity, a maintenance fee of $2 per month will be deducted from the remaining balance of the card, except in California
